Nandal is a freshwater fish seen in the backwaters of Kerala. Well known for its taste. We Dried fresh fish direct from small sea boats. For our export purpose, we cleaned fish carefully and dried in a very clean environment using an In-house electrical dryer system (heat pump embedding type dehydration technology). Nandal fishes are a good source of protein and other nutritious content. During sun drying, these protein contents are very sensitive and will lose due to direct sunlight. Our new updated technology in the dryer system is different. Proteins are preserved and fishes after dry are more nutritious and tasty. We never add any kind of chemical preservatives or additives.
