Meat Vindaloo

Meat Vindaloo Empty contents of the Curry.Pastepack in a pan. Add 3/4th cup water. Stir & cook it for 2 mins.Add 750 gms of Chicken/Paneer/Mix.Veg & mix well.Close the lid & cook for about 15 mins on slow flame until the Chicken turns soft. If Paneer/ Mix. Veg, cook for just 10 mins.

Coastal Fish Curry

Coastal Fish Curry Empty contents of the curry paste pack in a pressure cooker.Add 3/4th cup Coconut Milk.Stir & cook it for 5 mins. ( Instead of coconut milk you can use 1/2 cup water)Add 750 gms of Fish.(Pomfret/Mackerel/prawns)Close the lid & cook for about 5 mins on slow flame.

Malai Paneer

Malai Paneer Empty contents of the curry paste pack in a pan.Add 1/2 cup Fresh cream/Milk.Stir & cook it for 2 mins.Add 750 gms of paneer & gently mix well.Close the lid & cook for about 10 mins on slow flame.

Malabar Chicken
